HCD provides technical assistance and outreach to local communities and stakeholders, with a focus on transforming local communities, bringing partners and resources together, and leveraging and building community assets.

Funding
HCD administers a number of both federal and state programs that fund and support community development, including funding for infrastructure, economic development projects, public facilities, community centers, transportation improvements, active transportation, and parks.
