Nestled in the mountains of Southern California and along the rugged coast of Northern California lie two mobilehome parks, Maze Stove Village Mobile Home Park and Klamath Kove Mobile Home Park. Both parks serve as important sources of affordable housing and homeownership in their communities – and both are in need of critical health and safety repairs and upgrades.

HCD’s Manufactured Housing Opportunity & Revitalization Program (MORE) provides funding to address these vital upgrades and help preserve this important affordable housing option.
